As they succumb to starvation and cold, the essence of their being is distilled into a single representative, who lives on.
Our eco-friendly “pop-up” restaurant reminds them of the challenges to rethink dining out.
- What would the restaurant representative look like? Something made from foams, pork belly, panna cotta, pizza and Italian mineral water, which swears like Gordon Ramsay?
- Is Greenhouse an art installation; a novelty; a new Jerusalem; a philosophical challenge; or an ephemeral, ecological trend surfer, or all of the above?
